Tenant Application
Click on the link below to to fill out the TENANT application. You will be directed to our screening company and will pay the application fee directly to them.
NOTE: Applications will NOT be processed unless they are complete. ALL FIELDS MUST BE COMPLETED. A $100 administration fee is due at the time of Lease signing.
Co-Signer Application

Co-Signer Agreement
The Co-Signer Agreement will be sent to you for electronic signature once your Co-Signer application is complete via the email address you provide in your application.
Instructions for Co-Signer Applicant
To be considered as a Co-Signer, you must:
1. Have full time employment.
2. Have required income (minimum $6,000/month).
3. Have excellent credit score
Attention Self Employed Applicants or Co-Signers
Please provide the first two pages of your 1040 tax return for the most recent tax year. Tax return must be signed and dated. Email this directly to Owner/Landlord at bob@boblycan.com
